About Frances
I’m Frances — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, certified life coach, and the founder of Quantum Supervisors. For over 17 years, I’ve worked across the field of applied behavior analysis — from direct therapy to educational and business consulting — always with one question in mind:
How can I help others grow into the most confident, capable version of themselves?
My supervision style blends science, compassion, and clarity. I’ve been certified as a BCBA for 10 years, and I’ve guided hundreds of student analysts through supervision — not just to certification, but toward meaningful careers that reflect their values and strengths.
I currently live in Las Vegas with my family and our corgi-beagle mix, and I’ve had the privilege of practicing in Seattle, Washington and Southern California. I bring a wide-angle lens to the field — whether I’m helping a student learn the nuances of case conceptualization or supporting an ABA company in improving their systems and outcomes.
